With AdventAgent, you’ll build a steady stream of high-quality referrals and close more deals – simply by connecting the communities you love.  We provide one central  location for you to showcase and maintain your most trusted and reliable vendors and merchants.  Once you subscribe to the platform you’ll receive a personalized branded website (URL) and portal access to training and tools. Next, you invite your vendor and merchant community to be listed on your site. Your clients are always searching for trusted help in and around their home to get stuff done, and with AdventAgent you’ll stay top of mind by sharing a “gift” your clients and vendors will value and share. You’ll get more referrals, get more repeat business and close more deals!

  • Your Personalized Website – Each website is refreshingly clean, simple and straightforward. Homeowners of all ages can navigate to the help they need in just a few clicks.
  • Your AdventAgent Portal – This is the private access point where you manage your AdventAgent vendor invitations, view all of your registered vendors and site analytics, and access your user’s guide and billing information. 
  • Our Private Facebook Group Our members-only Facebook Group provides a valuable source for coaching, tips and education. It includes additional information and questions you might have along the way.  Here you will also hear about best practices, share success stories with other agents and gain valuable insights into how to generate and close more deals through referrals.

Your platform and personalized website will swing the door open to establishing strategic partnerships with like-minded business professionals in your market and will help you stay top of mind with your clients. You’ll close more deals and stand out from the crowd by sharing and receiving referrals you create through the relationships you already have and new ones you build.

During the setup process you will be asked to provide a custom URL for your website within the domain of adventagent.com. For example, if you were to submit “homesbycarol”, your website would be homesbycarol.adventagent.com. We recommend the domain be consistent with your other websites or branding for your business.  NOTE: If your requested URL is already taken, you will be notified to request a new and different URL.

The easiest way to get started is to include all of the vendors and merchants you currently recommend to clients for jobs to be done. Each site is also pre-loaded with 21 core vendor categories for the most commonly performed services in and around the home. We also provide training and tools to identify the best ways to continue to find vendors to partner with on your site. As needed, we can also create custom categories for vendor services not currently listed on your site.

Your AdventAgent portal includes multiple scripts and tools you will use when reaching out to your vendor community. Once you’ve made the connection, your portal will include simple links to email or text vendors directly to be invited to your site. As you invite vendors, you will determine if you add them for free or as paid.  Many vendors are willing to pay to be advertised on your site. For those that pay, you’ll receive the advertising money each month, less a transaction management and processing fee.

With just a quick text or email, your clients will have on-demand access to all of your most highly recommended vendors and merchants in your community. They can even add your site to their phone like your very own app! Step by step instructions, examples and scripts are provided to make sharing easy.

Yes. There is no contract to join and you can cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation your member account and website will be disabled at the expiration of the current month for which you have already paid.
